The lake is situated on the left hand side of the entrance drive (where the green cabin was positioned).
The driveway is edged with cobbles with a cobbled pad at the gated entrance. The areas at the front of the gates have been landscaped with rocks and covered with bark chippings for easy maintenance.

The lake is on the left hand side of the driveway looking towards the house. It was excavated and now fills naturally. The island in the centre is built of random stone. The area around the lake has been landscaped and turfed

The driveway of limestone chippings is edged with cobbles against the borders planted with shrubs. The area at the front door is paved with Indian stone.

The hot tub is surrounded by a raised decking area. The palm tree on the left grows through the decking and is enclosed by a hexagonal planter.

The decking outside the family room extends over the fish pond and provides an area for seating and dining. It has lights installed flush fitted into the deck and down lighters to iluminate the pond. |

The rear garden area has been levelled, drained and turfed for easy maintenance. The area directly outside the house is lined with chippings and an indian stone pathway.
